In addition to providing complete installation services for all of the products we sell, we have established a professional technical service staff to assist you with equipment upkeep, testing, and repairs. These are some of the services that we offer:

Planned Maintenance Programs:

Planned Maintenance can significantly enhance equipment performance, increase safety, and maximize the long-term benefits of your equipment investment dollar. We offer a very competitive package of Planned Maintenance Programs that can be tailored to your individual Company needs.

Our Planned Maintenance Program includes all safety and structural inspections, factory-directed lubrication and adjustments, documentation, housekeeping (we clean out the dock leveler pit), and on-going operator training.

Standard Response Service:

We take a great deal of pride in our response to your equipment breakdowns. Our standard response goal is to provide same day service if you call by 10:00AM. If you call after 10:00AM, we will respond by 12:00PM the following day. Our trucks are fully stocked, so most common repairs can be completed in one visit.

Emergency Response Service:

If your service requirement is more of an emergency, such as if an overhead door becomes damaged and the building can’t be secured, simply let one our service coordinators know when you call for service. We will make arrangements to respond as quickly as you tell us is required.

Fire Door Certification:

It is a requirement of most municipalities that fire doors are tested at least yearly. This test can be time consuming and even dangerous if attempted by Company personnel. Our trained technicians have the ability to quickly and safely test and reset your rolling and sliding fire doors. We also maintain duplicate test records on your behalf.

Dock and Doors Surveys:

This FREE service is designed to provide you with an in depth look at the condition of your loading dock equipment, overhead doors, and fire doors. One of our aftermarket field service representatives will visit your location and do a complete survey. Once the pertinent information has been compiled, it will be returned to you in a clear and concise report. This information can be used to plan for repairs, upgrades, and equipment replacement.
